Jennifer has 18 years’ experience as general counsel, chief privacy officer, and data privacy subject matter expert.  Jennifer identifies and addresses the myriad of regulatory, contractual and management challenges that arise in technology, health care and insurance. At Shulman Rogers’ Cyber Security & Data Privacy Practice, Jennifer is a data breach “First Responder.”

Jennifer’s expertise lies in advising on risks created by day-to-day operations and legal, data privacy and insurance; drafting written information security policies, privacy impact assessments, responding to data breaches and recovering for losses under insurance policies.
Jennifer has previously worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Lockton Companies, Greenberg Traurig, and Drinker Biddle & Reath.

Jennifer is a nationally recognized authority in data privacy, directors' and officers' liability, risk management and insurance, and has appeared before Congress and multiple federal agencies.

Jennifer received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, a B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Vocal Arts & Opera from the Juilliard School. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
